Hello my name is Anthony de Movellan. Welcome to CAM Services. As the Operations
Manager for Prudential A.S. de Movellan Real Estate I realized very early that our
company did not have enough registrations each day to warrant a full-time CAM. Likewise,
I understood the value of the Desktop and its ability to deliver incremental business
to our company. I decided that I was not alone in this goal and that other Prudential
Affiliates felt the same way. The idea for CAM Services came out of the common goal
of getting the most out of the Desktop as a lead source, keeping overhead low and
ultimately, increasing monthly profits.
When CAM Services was started, I hired one of the original eRealty.com CAM's to a
full-time position. When CAM Services began to successfully manage the CAM role for
other Affiliate Offices, this confirmed my belief that other Prudential Affiliates
had a need for this same type of service. Our services have been so well received
that we needed to hire an additional CAM a little over a year ago.
